Important Note: These Terms apply only to the use of our public-facing website and free resources (e.g., downloadable prompts). 2. Intellectual Property Rights
- Site Content: The source code, design, text, graphics, and "look and feel" of the Site are owned by Velesir and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Lead Magnets & Resources: If you download our resources (e.g., the "20-Point NDA Reviewer" prompt), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license these resources to third parties without our prior written consent.
- No Scraping: You may not use automated bots, scrapers, or AI crawlers to access the Site or extract content for the purpose of training third-party AI models.
3. No Legal Advice & AI Disclaimer
- Not a Law Firm: While Velesir is founded by legal professionals, the Site itself provides information about legal operations technology. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.
- AI Outputs: Any demonstrations of AI agents or chatbots on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. AI models can "hallucinate" or produce inaccurate results. You should not rely on AI-generated outputs for critical legal or financial decisions without human verification.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
